Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY At Brittany Paige Hair Salon & Spa, we understand that life happens and schedules can change. We strive to accommodate our guests while also respecting the time of our service providers and staff. A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount. No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. Please note that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or adjust your services to avoid delaying other guests.
