Cancellation Policy
✨ Cancellation Policy – Brittany Paige Hair ✨
We understand that life happens! To respect our time and our clients on the waitlist, please review our cancellation policy below:
• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment
• Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% service fee.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
• Appointments canceled due to emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• After 2 late cancellations or no-shows, a non-refundable deposit will be required to book future appointments.
